Options...
I must say that I have been having a hard week and I have been getting some very wise advise from my friends and family. It all started when my mom and I met my grandma for Golden spoon. So me, grandma, Patty Jones, and of course my mom were sitting around the little table when Evan came up in our conversation. As I was listening to all the advise I was given my grandma said it was time to get me a Hope Chest. That night I was feeling anything but hope. Anyways grandma said for me to pick out towels and we will get my initials on them KS and leave my options open for the other towels just in case. As my feelings of sadness and uncertainty turned to laughter I started to feel a little better. As the week has progressed and from the advise I have collected from friends and family I have realized that everything happens for a reason and everything works out the way Heavenly Father intends it to. So thanks to everyone who has given me the advise I have been looking for. I am so grateful for my loving friends and family and all they do for me. I am also grateful to be leaving my crazy life to spend the week in Cali! No worries, just beachin it and relaxing. Love you all!

The little things...
Over the past month I have realized how truly blessed I really am. I have to much to be grateful for and sometimes I forget. If any of you have a chance to ready my mom's blog (mama Carla) I would advise you to. My mom has so much wisdom and knows just what to say to make you feel better. She can help anyone who is having an off day and help you know refocus on whats truly important or if you just need good advise.
Over the years my mom has always been the one my friends and I go to when we were having girl drama and mostly boy problems. Through out high school she was there for me and helped me through some pretty difficult times. As I graduated high school and went on to college and started meeting the girls who would become my truest and best friends and dating, my mom always gave me the best advice when I needed it the most, that helped me choose my friends wisely. I can tell you today I have some of the best friends a girl could ask for. We have had some pretty fun times and how some of my most fondest memories are with them and that I can share them with the girls who really matter. I do have to share this one memory that cracks me up. Back in December me and Emily were sitting in my living room with my mom. We kept going on about how Mesa was so boring and it was always the same old people and the same old activities going on. We both were so set on moving to Utah in the Fall of 09 and even talked about opening up our own kind of Buffalo Exchange. We were so excited. Little did we know that 2 months later Emily would find the man of her dreams. Its funny to me how things seem to work themselves out and everything happens for a reason. I love you Emily and the fun times we spent sitting in my living room complaining to my mom about how much we hated Mesa and wanted out.
This last month I have had the best start of summer!
I love you Emily and Brett!

Things to look forward to...
Well hello everyone! So that whole thing about me blogging once a week was a lie. I have found it very hard to find time to blog or when I do have time there is nothing to blog about or I am just plan lazy. What can I say other then I'll blog when I blog.
So there are some very new and exciting things planned to happen in the next few months. First and for most my sister Cori and my brother-in-law Brett are expecting their first baby, which means I am going to be an Aunt! I was so thrilled when Cori called and told us the news. She is nine weeks and hoping she can make it to the end and she will. She had her fist ultra sound about a week ago and the baby is as healthy as can be! It is so fun to talk to her and see how she is doing. She is going to make a great mother and Brett a great father. This baby was blessed with truly good parents. Sometimes it's hard to think that Cori is going to have a baby because I remember when we were little and watching Sailor Moon and getting in to trouble. I also remember her and Brett's first date. Our family went to see the movie Signs and she invited him to go. Haha good times! I love you two and am so excited for you!
Second one of my best friends is getting married! Emily Lewis has been a good friend of mine the past year and a half and it has been so fun getting to know her and watching her grow. I am so happy that she found her other half. From what I know of Brett and the few times I have been around them, they are truly happy together and always have a great time. Emily I am so excited for you and love you! You are going to make an amazing wife and a fabulous mother. (When that time comes : ).

Last couple weeks!
Things have been so incredibly busy. School and work are pretty much my life as of the last few weeks! So over the past month and a half I have reconnected with an old friend I had not seen in quite sometime. Her name is Kenzlee!! We have had such a blast the last few weeks hanging out and re-getting to know each other.
Last weekend I think it was we kinda went on a double date and ended up building a fort at a friends house. We built it around the TV so we could watch a movie in it. I mean who said two 20 year olds and two 24 years olds cant act like their 5 again? We pretty much had a BLAST!!
I also have started "exclusively dating" (as he likes to call it) this very sweet boy named Evan. We have been spending time together and getting to know each other over the past 2 months! Let me tell you my dating life had been pretty dull until I met Evan. About a month ago he asked me when or how he could be featured on my blog. I told him he would have to be pretty special to be on my blog haha. Well I guess now he is special enough. Look Evo your on my blog!! You probably never thought you would see the day : )
So as you all know Valentine's day was about a week ago and let me tell you how good mine was! The day started out with me and Kenz shopping for that perfect outfit. I had found the perfect pants the night prior and was having trouble finding that perfect shirt. Thank goodness for my girl friends because I have like 4 extra closets! So that perfect outfit was complete, thanks to Kenzlee!! Evan picked me up about 4:30 and we went back to his house to have a Valentines dinner with his family. It was the best Valentines dinner I think I have ever had! After dinner we all watched the Slam dunk competition. Boy was that ever amazing or what! We then all watch Nights In Rodanthe. It had a pretty sad ending but I already knew that thanks to my mom telling what happened after she had seen it in the theaters. So that was my perfect Valentines Day.

Bye 2008..Hello 2009
So I have decided that I am probably the worst blogger ever and have also decided that I will be blogging at LEAST once a week if not more. Well so much has happened in the last three months, I don't know where to start. Instead of writing a long blog (which this would be if I decided to write EVERYTHING that has happened in the last three months) I will make a list.
