Hey everyone! Sorry for the delay on a new post, I have been in Budapest for the last 3 days and did not have time to post. So Budapest was for sure amazing! The train ride there was horrible ha. The cars were very small and there were three beds on top of each other. Me and Lix ended up having to sleep on the very top bunk. This stunk because we always would forget how close we were to the ceiling and hit our heads. When we first got there it was about 10 in the morning and we had a couple hours to do whatever before we went to listen to a guest speaker. He talked about communism and WWII and how it affected Hungary. After that we had the rest of the day to explore and do whatever we wanted to. Donna, Jane, Liz and I just walked around and looked in shops and messed around. Saturday morning our class met up and went to the House of Terror. That night we went to this bridge that had tons of fun things going on. Shops and food stands were set up all along the sides of the bridge. At the end of the bridge on both sides were bands playing different kinds of music. Later that night me, Donna, and Jane went dancing and had a great time. There are so many good looking guys here ha ha I'm guessing nine out of ten are naturally good looking. Sunday we hand to be out of our hotel rooms by noon and had the day to do whatever until six thirty when we met back up at the hotel to leave for the train station. Our train was and hour late. Me and Liz were on a mission to get the two middle bunks ha ha and we did. Our train ride back took to long because it stopped many times in the night to let other trains pass so they could be on time. But during the night there was an awesome storm and I was able to watch the lightening and the rain hit the window. It kind of made me feel like I was in Sioux Falls again. Today was kind of a lazy day because I was dead tired and missed class because I was kind feeling under the weather and decided to sleep today. Me, Nikki, Donna, and Kyle took the tram to the other side of the river and did what we like to call "Souvie" shopping. We found some cute things and I bought the cutest jacket for 200 K, which would be about 17 dollars in U.S money. It was an amazing buy! Well I am off to bed so I will feel good for tomorrows classes. Goodnight all. Love you
